Document submission would have been a lot easier if more details had been given about exactly what was wanted. I had to re-submit documents a number of times because what I first submitted was not exactly what was wanted. For example, all pages of bank account statements even if a page did not contain any data or was even blank.

Stacy was great! Over a year-long process, she was always there promptly. When most would have moved on, she stuck with us. I do not have to do this review.
